Coordination and scheduling of all maintenance

Any required ferry flights for maintenance, test flights, currency and/or check ride flights.

Coordination and submission for insurance and insurance renewals.

Submission of required registrations- FAA, State, Customs etc.

Cleaning and restocking the interior after every flight.

Necessary aircraft servicing.

Make arrangements for exterior washing as necessary.

Monthly updating of the aircraft avionics databases.

International (Mexico & Canada) trip planning.

Can arrange rental cars and transportation if requested.

Maintain a list of qualified Contract pilots.
